Twelve Oaks is a 1970s neighborhood of single-family homes in the 33634 part of Town ‘n’ Country. It sits off Waters Avenue just west of the Veterans Expressway, with Twelve Oaks Boulevard running through it.
Town ‘n’ Country Portable Toilet Rental brings porta potties, flushable units, ADA restrooms, hand washing stations, and restroom trailers to Twelve Oaks homes. Your quote includes delivery, setup, servicing, and pickup.
Most Twelve Oaks homes were built in the mid to late 1970s. Owners are updating roofs, kitchens, and baths, and those projects drive most of our rentals here.
Twelve Oaks has one-story ranch homes and two-story homes with lofts. Roof replacements, second-floor work, and full remodels keep crews on site for weeks. A home renovation porta potty in the driveway gives them a restroom of their own.
Some Twelve Oaks lots back up to a community lake, and screened patios are common. Those yards suit graduation parties, cookouts, and small event porta potty rentals. A flushable unit near the side gate keeps guests out of the house.
Homes from the 1970s can need repiping or sewer line work, and those jobs shut off the bathrooms. Call early in the day for same day delivery when inventory is available.
Twelve Oaks lots are roomier than many in Town ‘n’ Country, and many homes have two-car garages. The right spot depends on the lake, the driveway, and your neighbors.
On a lakefront lot, the backyard can slope toward the water and turn soft after summer rain. Set the unit on firm, level ground near the house or driveway, well back from the bank. Our truck also needs to reach it, which is hard across a wet lawn.
Many Twelve Oaks homes have an attached two-car garage with a wide driveway. Park the unit on one side so a car and the crew’s truck can still use the other half. Keep it off the street and sidewalk.
Twelve Oaks has an optional civic association, and most homes carry no mandatory HOA fees. A quick note to neighbors before a long remodel helps. If your home falls under a separate association, check its rules first.
Twelve Oaks jobs range from a single roofing crew to a backyard party for 75 guests.
A standard porta potty comes with a holding tank, urinal, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and a locking door. It is the usual pick for remodel and roofing crews.
A flushable unit adds a foot-pump flush and a fresh water tank. It works well for a lakeside party or a family going without a bathroom.
ADA units offer ground-level entry, handrails, and space to turn a wheelchair. Order one if a guest or family member uses a wheelchair or walker.
A restroom trailer has flushing toilets, sinks, mirrors, lighting, and climate control. The wider driveways in Twelve Oaks can often hold a small trailer. Call with your lot layout and we will confirm the fit.
A hand wash station gives guests and crews fresh water, soap, and paper towels. Set one near the food at a cookout.
Twelve Oaks Boulevard meets Waters Avenue a short drive west of the Veterans Expressway exit. That access makes delivery and service visits straightforward for our trucks.
If your plumbing fails or a crew starts sooner than planned, call in the morning. We will check for same day delivery when inventory is available.
Most rentals get a service visit once a week. We pump the tank, sanitize the interior, and restock toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
Pricing depends on the unit type, number of units, rental length, and service schedule. Your written quote covers delivery, setup, servicing, and pickup. Our porta potty rental prices page explains each cost factor.
Headcount, hours on site, and food or drinks set the count.
Plan for about one unit per 50 guests over four hours. A 75-guest party by the lake usually needs two units and a hand wash station near the food. Longer parties and events with alcohol need more.
OSHA calls for one toilet for crews of 20 or fewer workers. Crews of 20 to 199 need one seat and one urinal per 40 workers, and 200 or more need one per 50. Most Twelve Oaks home projects need a single unit.
Twelve Oaks sits in the 33634 ZIP code near Waters Avenue and the Veterans Expressway. Shopping centers with Publix, Target, and Lowe’s are about a mile away.
We deliver to Twelve Oaks Boulevard and the circles and courts off it, plus the neighborhoods along Waters Avenue.
We also serve Westchase, Citrus Park, Carrollwood, Egypt Lake-Leto, Rocky Point, Tampa, Lutz, Temple Terrace, and Brandon. Call to confirm delivery to your address.
We clean, sanitize, and inspect every unit before it heads to your home.
Book a unit for a Saturday party, a week of roofing, or a remodel that lasts all season.
A local team answers your call, schedules delivery, and follows up if a unit needs attention.
We suggest firm, level ground closer to the house or driveway. Lawns near the water can turn soft after rain, and our service truck needs to reach the unit.
The civic association is optional, and most homes have no mandatory HOA. If your home is part of a separate association, check its rules before a long rental.
Many Twelve Oaks homes have wide two-car driveways that can hold a small trailer. Call us with your address and lot layout so we can confirm the fit.
Yes, when units are available. Call as early in the day as you can and we will confirm a delivery window.
