Terms of Service for Portable Toilet Rental in Town 'n' Country, Florida

Effective date: October 21, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of portabletoiletrentaltownncountryfl.com and to quotes and rentals you request through Town ‘n’ Country Portable Toilet Rental (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, calling us, or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Use of This Website

You may use this website to learn about portable toilet rentals and to request a quote. You agree not to misuse the website. That includes submitting false information, interfering with how the site works, or trying to gain access to systems you are not allowed to use.

The text, images, and design on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Information on the website is general and may change without notice.

Quotes and Pricing

Prices, availability, and delivery times shown on the website or given by phone are estimates. A quote becomes final only when it is confirmed in writing by the provider performing your rental. The final price can change if your dates, site conditions, unit count, or service schedule change. See our porta potty rental prices page for the factors that affect cost.

Independent Local Providers

Rental services requested through this website or our phone line may be performed by independent local portable toilet providers. These providers set their own final terms, including pricing, payment, deposits, delivery windows, service schedules, and cancellation rules. Those terms are shown in the written quote or rental agreement they give you.

If the provider’s written terms differ from these Terms, the provider’s terms control for your rental. Your rental agreement is with the provider who performs the service.

Customer Responsibilities

When you rent a portable toilet, restroom trailer, or hand washing station, you agree to:

  • Choose a safe placement on flat, firm, level ground, away from traffic, doors, and drainage paths
  • Provide clear access for the delivery and service truck on scheduled days, including gate codes or HOA approval if needed
  • Get any permits or property owner approval needed for the placement
  • Use units only for their intended purpose and keep hazardous waste, chemicals, trash, and other foreign objects out of them
  • Take reasonable care of the units and report damage, tipping, or vandalism right away

You may be charged for damage, loss, theft, or extra cleaning caused by misuse while units are on your property. Soft or sandy ground after summer rain, and high winds during hurricane season, can affect placement. Please talk with your provider about securing or moving units when storms are forecast.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations, date changes, and early pickups are handled according to the terms in the provider’s confirmed quote. Please review those terms before you book and contact your provider as early as possible if your plans change.

Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or from rental services performed by an independent provider.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the website or a quote request will not exceed the amount you paid us directly, if any. Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Privacy
